Product Description
DETACH - ULTRA is a uniquely balanced emulsion formulation of specialty non-hazardous vegetable oil derivatives that provides excellent concrete release from metallic moulds used in the concrete Precast industry.
DETACH - ULTRA is very economical and has been specifically designed to provide a high level of operator health and safety and to minimise adverse impact on the environment.

Product Usage
APPLICATION
Precast Concrete Manufacture
Apply DETACH - ULTRA undiluted by spray, brush or mop.
Apply at a rate of 50-75 m2 / Lt or as little as possible whilst ensuring a thorough and even coverage over the entire working surface of the mould. This should provide optimum performance and minimize the potential for sticking, uneven release and buildup on the moulds.
Excess material may compromise performance and can be removed with a mop or soft cloth.
Hand sprayers constructed with a cap type filling device will allow easy filling without the possibility of dust contamination
A superior surface finish may be attained by applying DETACH - ULTRA with a damp clean soft flannel cloth.
CAUTION - Avoid use on rubber or latex fittings or moulds as DETACH - ULTRA can penetrate these materials and cause shape distortion. Teflon or Viton is generally recommended for seals and fittings.

Storage and Safety
STORAGE & HANDLING
When stored indoors at temperatures below 40ºC and in closed original containers, this product can be stored for up to 1 year.
DETACH - ULTRA is an emulsion product which may separate if;
mixed with any other product
exposed to air for prolonged periods
exposed to extremes of temperature
Clean equipment with water before using DETACH – ULTRA.
Do not return unused product to original container
SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT
DETACH - ULTRA is not classified as a dangerous good. It is non-hazardous and considered of low risk to health if used according to appropriate industrial hygiene practices. Ensure good ventilation during use. Skin and eye contact should be avoided.
DETACH - ULTRA is biodegraded by natural processes and poses a low risk to the environment.
